Philip F. Spillane concentrates his practice in the fields of personal injury and workers’ compensation law. Since 1978, he has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury cases and both claimants and respondents in workers’ compensation claims. He has handled numerous trials and appeals to the Connecticut Supreme Court and Appellate Court. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member and past President of the New Milford Bar Association
