Thomas J. Allingham represents clients in the areas of criminal defense, DUI defense, personal injury litigation, workers' compensation claims, civil litigation and real estate transactions. Tom has tried many cases to conclusion in the Connecticut Superior Court, and has argued before the Connecticut Appellate Court, the Workers' Compensation Review Board, and the Department of Motor Vehicles.  Much of Tom's work involves complex litigation and the defense of serious criminal matters.  Tom has also served as an aviation consultant in aircraft accident litigation.
